Order Processing
Please allow around 3-5 weeks for production/shipping.
-Some pre-orders may take longer than expected due to high order volume.
Returns/Exchanges
Returns: All sales are final.
Exchanges: We allow up to 30 days for you to exchange your item.
-Refunds are issued when a wrong, defective, or damaged item is sent.
If not reported within 3 days, we will not issue a refund.
*Atelier Co. is not responsible for normal wear and tear to items.

What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale but will be soon. Pre-order items are shipped upon the arrival of the products in the warehouse within the time that is stated on the item’s purchase page.

Tracking a Package
Head on over to the Menu and click on 'Track' and enter your tracking number to track your package.
